Scope
This policy applies to all transactions made through Shilpkaar Infra for consultations, property booking fees, or related services.
Cancellation by User
- Users can cancel service requests by sending an email to info@shilpkaarinfra.com.
- Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment to qualify for refund consideration.
Cancellation by Company
Shilpkaar Infra reserves the right to cancel any request due to unforeseen circumstances, fraudulent transactions, or inaccurate data submission. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to:
- Verification of payment records.
- Non-initiation of property consultation or booking process.
- Deduction of administrative fees if applicable.
Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within a reasonable period.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain services (such as site visits or consultations already rendered) are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
